Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday through Friday will be dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 11am on Saturday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on Sunday.
• Orders less than 60cm in length will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for faster delivery.
• Orders exceeding 60cm in length will be dispatched via other courier services for efficient handling.

Returns:

• We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued if the product is still in the same condition as it was when dispatched.
